Coonawarra Wine Region

With 23 cellar doors, all centrally located, it is easy to spend a day exploring the world famous Coonawarra wine region. Most famous for its cabernet sauvignon, the Coonawarra wins award after award for its world renowned wines. This is a delightful region also boasts food and wine festivals that people travel great distances to be a part of.

Naracoorte Caves

This world heritage site encompasses 26 caves, with guided tours available to view some of the extensive fossil records from the past 500,000 years contained within. There are also opportunities for adventure caving, specialty tours and special events.

Canunda National Park

Canunda National Park comprises a long strip of coastal dunes between Southend and Carpenter Rocks. Some tracks through this magnificent wilderness are accessible to 4WD, with walking trails offering spectacular views of the coast, and three boardwalk platforms offering cliff-top vantage points of the breathtaking scenery.
